Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in the EU generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, starting from the day you receive the goods.

Exceptions

For hygiene and health reasons, sealed food products may be excluded from withdrawal once the seal has been opened after delivery.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are handled by the seller of the official order page. Please contact the seller using the details in your order confirmation, or email contact@nutrafame.com and we will help direct your request.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
